In an effort to support the BeLISAC project and promote women's participation in engineering, the Bangladesh Research and Education Network (BdREN) organized a mentoring program for female engineers. The program started on Thursday, July 21st and was conducted via the Zoom platform.
The mentoring program was a crucial step in empowering female engineers and providing them with the support and resources they needed to succeed in the BeLISAC project. BdREN also offered additional resources as necessary to the female engineers in the program.
In addition to the mentoring program, BdREN deployed an LMS portal specifically for the BeLISAC Engineers, which could be accessed at https://belisaclms.bdren.net.bd/. The portal was designed to provide BeLISAC Engineers with a platform for online learning and collaboration.
The mentoring program and the deployment of the LMS portal demonstrate BdREN's commitment to promoting the participation of women in engineering and supporting the BeLISAC project. Overall, these efforts have been instrumental in empowering female engineers and advancing the goals of the BeLISAC project.
