Mercy Anandakumar
Mercy Anandakumar is an NREN Network/System Engineer who graduated with a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Peradeniya. She started her career as an Associate Implementation Engineer in early 2022, and her interest and passion in telecommunications led her to join the BeLISAC project. Since May 2022, she has been working as an NREN Network/System Engineer. She is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration. Mercy is enthusiastic about learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and advancements in her field. In her free time, she enjoys listening to music and watching movies.
Binita Dhamala
Binita Kusum Dhamala is a Network Engineer at Nepal Research and
Education Network (NREN) who is deeply committed to enhancing her skills and expertise in the field of
networking. With a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and a current
pursuit of a Master's degree in Information and Communication Engineering, Binita demonstrates her
dedication to advancing her knowledge and contributing to the success of her team and organization.

Phuntsho Choden
I am Phuntsho Choden, a female Engineer recruited under the Druk Research and Educational Network (DrukREN) which is Bhutan’s REN. I graduated from the Uttarakhand Technical University, India with Bachelors of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in August of 2021. I was selected through an interview and became a part of the BeLISAC project on 4th May 2022. It is my first job and the project is a part of a valuable experience. The learning pathway has been well furnished for a beginner like me in a network field. The project has been very influential. The introduction of such a project has opened opportunities for females to stand equal with the all-men working field. I would say the project was the greatest thing I have achieved so far.
