Internships can play a vital role in the career development of female students and graduates, especially in South Asia, providing them with the skills, experience, and network needed to succeed in the workforce. By supporting internships for women, organizations can help to create a more equitable and inclusive workplace culture, building a stronger and more diverse workforce for the future.
Participating in a internship can be a valuable opportunity for women to gain experience, build their skills and networks, and explore potential career paths. Additionally, these internships can help to address gender disparities in the workplace by providing women with the tools and support they need to succeed in their chosen fields.
In this regard, as part of the project's activity, 5 interns under TEIN*CC sponsorship and 2 interns under NORDUnet sponsorship has been selected at BdREN to complete their internship for 3 and 6 months respectively.
